Who is Tech Connect
Africa?
Tech Connect Africa is a global social enterprise. Our mission is to unify the global African diaspora and build a future of tech that embodies our culture, connection, and community. We are creating a world where the African diaspora is leading technological innovations in their communities. We welcome you to our conference and networking dinner in Kenya – Karibu.
What to Expect:
As a community for Black tech professionals, we are celebrating ‘Detty December’, African creativity and innovation.
In addition to hearing from inspiring leaders from the African diaspora, you can network with Fortune 500 recruiters and accelerated start-ups, who are making strides on the continent.
This networking dinner is designed to connect the diaspora with tech professionals, inform the community about innovations taking place in Africa and leave you feeling inspired, connected and uplifted.

Introducing
Kenya:
Kenya, located in East Africa, is home to the continent’s greatest savannahs, lakelands and the dramatic Great Rift Valley. The country has a thriving tech scene with one of Africa’s biggest tech hubs – dubbed the “Silicon Savannah.” Global giants such as Google, Visa, and Microsoft have set up Development Centers in Kenya too. You’ll catch us eating Nyama Choma and sipping on a glass of Tusker beer as soon as we arrive.
